Mind on the Mat exists to help people feel stronger, safer, and less alone.
We welcome people from all backgrounds and believe everyone deserves access to movement, community, support, and positive challenge. Our Academy and Foundation are built on respect, discipline, responsibility, and care for the people around us.
We do not tolerate discrimination, bullying, harassment, or exclusion based on age, disability, gender identity, race, religion, belief, sex, sexual orientation, background, income, family situation, mental health, or personal circumstances.
Our work supports children, teenagers, men, and families who may be facing pressure, isolation, behavioural challenges, bullying, difficult home lives, or poor mental health. We meet people where they are, without judgement, and help them build confidence through Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, movement, mentoring, community, and earned progress.
We are committed to creating an environment where people feel respected, supported, and able to take part safely.
