Accessibility

Mind on the Mat is built around access, belonging, and community. That applies to our website too.

We want as many people as possible to be able to use this site comfortably, including people with disabilities, neurodivergent users, people using assistive technology, and anyone who may need information in a clearer or more accessible format.

We aim to make our website:

  • Clear and easy to navigate
  • Readable on different screen sizes
  • Usable with keyboard navigation where possible
  • Compatible with assistive technologies where possible
  • Written in plain, direct language
  • Structured with clear headings and page sections

We know accessibility is an ongoing process, not a one-time task. If something on this website is difficult to use, hard to read, or not working as expected, please let us know.

We will do our best to fix the issue or provide the information in another format.
